How far in advance should I book?
Twenty-four hours is comfortable for most trips, and we take same-day and last-minute rides whenever a vehicle is free. For weddings, convention weeks and holidays, a week or more is safer.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing on your end. We track the flight number you give us and adjust the pickup automatically. You will not be charged for our extra waiting time on a delayed arrival.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — tell us the ages when you reserve and we will have the right seats installed before pickup.
How do I pay?
We confirm the fare with you before the trip and take payment by card. Corporate accounts can be invoiced monthly.
Can you handle several vehicles at once?
Yes. Group and event work is coordinated by one dispatcher so every vehicle arrives on the same schedule.
Are you available overnight?
Dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, every day, including holidays.
