When you submit a reservation request we collect your name, phone number, email address, trip details (pickup, drop-off, date and time, vehicle, passengers, luggage, flight number) and any notes you add. We use this only to arrange and confirm your ride. It is stored in our booking system and emailed to our dispatch inbox and to you as a confirmation.

We record anonymous usage events — page path, an anonymous session identifier, campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the referring website. Reservation details, names, phone numbers and email addresses are never included in this measurement data.

With your consent we load the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies and similar technology to record page views on this site. Meta receives this data for measurement of our advertising and for ad optimization. We do not upload customer names, phone numbers or email addresses to Meta, and we do not use Conversions API tokens or other credentials in this website.

In regions where prior consent is required (the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland) the pixel does not load until you accept. Elsewhere it runs unless you decline.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time — it applies immediately to measurement in your browser.
